Please be prepared to answer questions about you technical theatre experience/which area of technical theatre you are interested.

Below is the cast/crew list for the Wheeler musical theatre class of 2019-2020.
THANK YOU THANK YOU TO EVERYONE that auditioned, we enjoyed seeing you! If you were not selected to be in the class this semester, PLEASE know that you are talented, we wish so badly we could take everyone but unfortunately, we cannot. The talent level was very high and it was a very tough decision because we have SO MUCH TALENT here at Wheeler. This class roster was a decision made by Mrs. Day and Mr. Perry with additional consult with teachers and administration. Due to the responsibility level of the class (participating in two separate competitions) we also take attendance records, gpa, conduct reports and teacher recommendations into account.
PLEASE audition again and if you are interested in acting we have Advanced Drama auditions in December (for the performance class in the Spring). If you want to enroll in a chorus class, please email Mr. Perry for more information.

Congratulations! To everyone that made it, we are so proud of each and every one of you already and we cannot wait to work with you!
Couple things to note:
-Tentative show dates: January 16th- 19th (with a Monday to recover built in :)
- Mandatory parent meeting the second week in August, final date to come ASAP. (most likely the 12th or 13th)
​-All cast and crew names have been submitted to the scheduling powers that be in the counseling department for individual changes, this class will be 4th block. (Crew, you will see Technical Theatre. Cast, you will see Musical Theatre)
- After school rehearsals will be Mondays and Wednesdays until 5pm. They will begin late August and continue until Thanksgiving break. If we stick to this rehearsal schedule you/your student should have no after school rehearsals in the month of December and would only need to stay until 6pm during tech week. (which would be Jan 13/14/15) FULL SCHEDULE will be given on the first day of school. PLEASE let us know immediately if this schedule will be a problem these rehearsals are non-negotiable. 
- There will be a $75 show fee due sometime in October. Fundraising information to be giving first week of school. 

Mr. Perry and Mrs. Day are SO excited and we can't wait to see you in the Fall!
